2. PURCHASE CONDITIONS

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

The products are distributed EU-wide. Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and total order amount and are clearly displayed at checkout. STILLZ UNIVERSE manages shipments through third-party providers. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control (e.g., carrier strikes or customs).

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (WIDERRUFSRECHT)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, you must inform us at info@stillzuniverse.com.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS (EXTENDED POLICY)

We offer an extended return period total of 30 natural days.

• Return Shipping Costs: The customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.
• Refunds: If you return the complete order within the 14-day statutory window, we will refund the full purchase price including the standard shipping costs you paid to receive the item. For returns made between day 15 and 30, only the product price will be refunded.
• Exclusions (Hygiene & Customization): * For health and hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry cannot be returned if the protective seal/packaging has been opened.Items that have been personalized or engraved are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive defective.
• Condition: Products must be in their original state (no signs of use, original packaging, and labels included). If the item shows signs of wear, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount.
